Complaint of buckling sidewalk outside of 1119 E. Benson Ct., right next to a fire hydrant. Kids are using sidewalk as a ramp and there is a safety concern they could possibly ramp off and injure themselves on fire hydrant.

The streetlight has been malfunctioning for a number of weeks. Every several minutes it goes out, gradually brightens, and then goes out again.
The streetlight outside our house has been malfunctioning for several weeks. It cycles on and off every several minutes during the night. It goes out, slowly brightens again, and then goes back out.
Light will come for approx 5 min then go out. Then will repeat this cycle all night.
