The multi-use path along Country Club on the north side of the street between Rogers Street and Rockport Road needs some maintenance. There are tree branches and bushes obstructing the path. The surface is also dirty with debris, mud, and gravel.

The intersection of watson and Madison is a 4 way stop sign intersection. Throughout the day cars fly through the intersection because they are avoiding the light at s Roger's and country club. Can the signs also says all sides stop. Or speed bumps. Kids live in the neighborhood and walk home from the bus and school. Its dangerous.

West bound traffic on Country Club, at the intersection of Rogers, has to wait for invisible cars in the North bound turn lane of the East bound Country Club traffic. This is my 2nd report ( maybe 3rd) for this condition. I'm a regular traveler on Country Club and I see that the turn light gets activated 100% of the time, regardless of cars being present or not.
