We have an issue where either our trash cans have been stolen or misplaced both the regular trash can and the recycling are missing from our property.

It has been almost two months since my bins where actually emptied I have tried talking to the guys on my route my cans are always where they are supposed to be and they never empty them completely and they always spill the recycling in my yard.

4391 W Belle Avenue—trash pick-up was fine, but they never got my recyclables. Went there at lunch to put bins in garage. Left it out thinking that maybe they’re now coming much later for recyclables. I put it back in garage after 5pm as neighbors bins were all away.

We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. If you haven't yet finalized the text and layout for the 2024 Sanitation Collection Schedule, there is one improvement: Please print any solid waste pickup date exceptions in a readable font size as part of the Solid Waste & Recycling Checklist. The very fine print listed vertically on the 2023 magnet has obviously been overlooked by residents scheduled for Thursday route pickup. It would also help to have pickup exceptions listed on the website. Thank you.

Trash can set down in middle of driveway, trash can dumped over in middle of road. This happens more often than not.

There was a pretty severe car wreck from a car that left Dunn St and ended up in our back yard. A lot of bulky debris remains that won't fit in our trash can. How do you suggest we get it removed? It's close the storm drain.
