Hello! We got a notice for leaving our recycling can put past 24 hours of pickup, because our recycling has not been picked up for a MONTH? I do not think it is fair for us to have to pay any fine at all, as we put the correct items in the recycling container and it wasn’t overflowing. We left the can out by the street for 24 hours in case recycling came by later because we were not sure what was going on and why it never got picked up? I even sent an email about 2 weeks ago and never got a response!!! We are upset about this and would appreciate a response. Ticket: 62023-02-0428 Please take a look and consider appealing this. I called a year ago for a recycling bin for my residence at 3607 E. Morningside Dr. After confirming that I own the property and that I do not have any recycling bins, I was told that the bin would be dropped off on my next recycling pick up. It was not. I called again and was told that you were very sorry and it would be there the next week. As most of my neighbors have 2 or 3 recycling bins, I can only assume the address was written down incorrectly. Therefore, I am emailing this request to make sure that the bin comes correctly to 3607 E. Morningside Dr. Thank you, Liz

Please, please, please, help me find out when we need to set out the recycling without my having to buy stupid Word to download a copy of the magnet the City never sent us. At least they didn't ask for my credit card number or I'd be really, really mad.
