Trash pickup should not be delayed for weather. My business is open and my people are working so my government should be open and it's people working too. Especially since I'm paying for it with my taxes. Should I delay my utilities payment by 2 days this month for weather as well?
Someone seems to have taken our recycling container. I heard the truck go by around 11 AM. Just went out to get the container, and it is gone.

This is what I was left with, after your recycle gang "emptied" it on Thursday morning. The trash crew always gets here about 2 hours earlier than the recycle truck, and that was still full when I left home at 6:15 am.
I would like to know the current status of the "green lid" yard waste cart program. I currently use kraft bags, but would like to know about using a 32 gallon cart.
