After our trash pickup this morning, there a few large cracks on our trash bin, including the handle which is broken in half. Is it possible to get a replacement? Thank You!

We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. 4391 W Belle Avenue—trash pick-up was fine, but they never got my recyclables. Went there at lunch to put bins in garage. Left it out thinking that maybe they’re now coming much later for recyclables. I put it back in garage after 5pm as neighbors bins were all away.

Trash bins left in neighborhood intersection for weeks and the trash or recycling isn’t being picked up. Bins are overflowing and the trash collectors are not picking it up on Tuesdays pickup. The owner of the bins at 1401 leaves them in the intersection full while trash and debris is blown around the neighborhood. The children report it smelling terrible and it looks awful.

My trash container is was broken by the collection truck and needs to be replaced. Lid is broken and wheel axle has been jammed to the side.
