Bin was broken upon recycling collection a few weeks back. Now, the lid of our bin came off completely and was collected by the truck today. A new bin would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!

Today was the scheduled trash day for our neigborhood. But nobody on Sussex drive has had their trash collected. Maybe the truck missed our street this morning?
I noticed that one plastic handle of my small gray trash container is broken - I think the pick-up crew may have done it by mistake?? Anyhow, I don't think I broke it. How do I get it mended/replaced??
