Hello, this is the second week in a row that my trash bin has not been picked up. Can you please let me know what the problem is? The lid is closed so it’s not overflowing. Thank you very much. I’m getting concerned.
Debris pickup from storm request, piled at end of driveway at 8th and Overhill
Recycling not picked up. No note was left. All other cans on the street were picked up. I am confused as to why I am paying for a service that was not rendered. Why was my recycling 'denied' and yet, no notice or message? If this continues, come pick the recycling bin up, as I have no need for this service.
Nobody has taken our recycling in a month. We have a lot. But not overflowing. Why aren’t you guys picking it up and our neighbors too?
The guy didn't collect the recycling, opened the lid covered again, and just left it there... I can't see any item that shouldn't been there, and this has happened a few times now, what is wrong?
Observed city sanitation personnel leaving trash in their wake as they did the weekly collection. I had guessed this was happening, but finally saw with my own eyes. Often they leave the emptied bins in lanes of travel as well, when the bins were not set in the road. FYI - just hoping this can be improved so our neighborhood is free of litter.

Hello! We got a notice for leaving our recycling can put past 24 hours of pickup, because our recycling has not been picked up for a MONTH? I do not think it is fair for us to have to pay any fine at all, as we put the correct items in the recycling container and it wasn’t overflowing. We left the can out by the street for 24 hours in case recycling came by later because we were not sure what was going on and why it never got picked up? I even sent an email about 2 weeks ago and never got a response!!! We are upset about this and would appreciate a response. Ticket: 62023-02-0428 Please take a look and consider appealing this. Recycling was due to be picked up today, but was not. Not sure if others in my area have the same issue, but I set my can out last night and it was not picked up.
