There are steel cables attached to limestone blocks at this location, intended to prevent unauthorized parking. However, these cables are not clearly visible at night or at dusk.
Unfortunately, a family member fell over one of the cables yesterday evening and sustained a head injury requiring medical treatment.
Given the lack of visibility and the safety risk these cables pose, I respectfully request that steps be taken to either improve their visibility or implement a safer alternative to prevent further incidents.

There are many abandoned vehicles parked here. Many are on an unimproved surface. This seems to be a violation of unimproved surface parking, abandoning vehicles, and using the street as a junkyard. Can these vehicles be fined and removed?
