I found one of the mailbox banks (mailbox E) at the Adams Village Apartments was found with the panel doors completely open. I cannot tell if the Post Office person failed to shut the doors or if someone broke into the mailboxes. There is mail for several residences exposed currently.

We will not use garbage collection service for several months, but City will still charge us for the service unprovided, only because your billing system was set up that way.
