We are having a landscape crew dig stumps in this area, but before we can start - it needs to be flagged and checked for underground utilities. I actually don’t have an address for these stumps. 305 S Euclid Avenue has a light that is always flashing. Very disorienting when walking after dark

There are no street lights and this is a very transient dangerous street. I feel extremely unsafe. The drug activity here years ago, seems to have returned.
