There is a silver Chevy Malibu without plates that has been parked in front of 3131 S Piccadilly for days. Someone pulls a car up behind it so you can't see it doesn't have plates.

I would like to know whether the alley behind my house and 1000-1002 E. Atwater legally continues through and across Hawthorne, as the alley does continue between Hunter and Atwater past Hawthorne.
