I would like to know whether the alley behind my house and 1000-1002 E. Atwater legally continues through and across Hawthorne, as the alley does continue between Hunter and Atwater past Hawthorne. I would also like to know the exact location of the utilities in the alley as specified in 12.12.080.

After parking four cars in the alley, these left and a single car was left in the alley, as well as the private basketballhoop that should not be stored in the public alley. City workers replaced the old electricity pole with a new one on 2/25/22. Now, some tree branches interact with the wires especially on both of the taped connections due to the new pole is much taller than the old one. It's potentially dangerous. Request to get that affected branch removed.
Deer issue. They are present around the home, eating all the flowers in and out of their fence. It's been a huge economic expense to put up a fence and replant landscaping.

Noise from the Carlisle factory has hit an all-time point of frustration. This nuisance is loud and obnoxious with fans running 24/7. Last night there was a clear, high-pitched whine at ~1376 Hz. It was so loud and clear I could detect it with my musical tuner at the pitch F6. My neighbors are miserable and Carlisle seems oblivious to the issue.
