Is there a valid reason for a "Temporarily Experiencing Homelessness" person to be carrying a Kobalt bolt cutter on Kirkwood near the library? Does Ace Pawn rent these now? Why would such a person need to be carrying a bolt cutter?
Unhoused folks are gathering in the tree line behind the soup kitchen and setting up camp. This is a residentially area that backs up against the mailboxes of the homes in the area. Found many needles and have often heard screaming and fighting in early hours of the morning.

Central Indiana, South-Central Indiana), (some/all) of which, are stated: (temporary/conditional) trespass advisories, from (local:(City/Town(s)), (pvt./non-profit, etc.) establishment(s), (year(s):(2015/'16) onward(s)), which has become, (of, recent times), inconvenience to me, (personally), (since, due to, no(fixed) earned income source(s), I don't (presently) have a (fixed/stabilized) place to stay, (e.g. (rental) apartment(s), residential unit(s), etc.), and as a result, I do not have (legal) access to, (fundamental) necessitated (indoor) space(s), (e.g. (restroom/(with/without) shower facility), cooling center(s), etc.). Hello, my complaint is about the Monroe County Court. Unfortunately there are other issues outside the statute of limitation because of how long it's been, including but not limited to discrimination. The current issue is that the Child Support Prosecutor as well as the child support office has set up a system utilizing their friendship with the judge in order to benefit themselves financially as well as career wise. They have and continue to blatantly violate people's rights to a fair and unbiased trial as well as the due process of law unfortunately, without any concern whatsoever to their clients/ the people and children of Monroe County. I was personally discriminated against by a judge who ruled a fake blatantly discriminatory ruling that didn't exist in law... My ex-wife continues to accuse them of stealing the child support payments over the last 6 years and they refuse to investigate themselves, simply focused on maintaining their child support base (they love mentioning how they don't care what are the kids are getting the money or not because I'm receiving credit for my payments.... "And that it's not my concern whether they get the money or not...". They only care about the credit they get for the child support in order to gain Federal funding and obtain bonuses, further investigation shows they're all friends on social media, exacerbating the theory that they are utilizing their position of power with the sole intent of benefiting themselves, and if my ex-wife is Right possibly even embezzling child support funds. I am currently obtaining even more evidence and transcripts that prove everything I've stated.

117 S. Heritage Rd. To my big surprise, the trash can lid came back so soon. Thanks a lot. This changed my mind a little. During the construction of Smith Rd, S. Heritage Rd from no car street became a supper high way, the one who is in charge of the construction did not prepared for the transition and when the situation got so dangerous, so many neighbors complained, only kept telling us, when the construction ended, things will go back to normal. That’s terribly unresponsive, I already decided that not to vote to this city government for next tern. Now, I realized some people in the city are more efficient, maybe there still some Hope.
To whom it may concern Hello, I’m writing to express my concern regarding an incident that happen on 10/16/24. My vehicle had an electrical fire down town on 4th street in front of the India restaurant. I am a single mother of three daughters who I’m struggling to greatly to afford with the cost of food continuing to raise. I work at a CNA during the day while my children are in school but it doesn’t always provide enough. I was doing uber the night of so I could feed my family. My family is my responsibility and I take that very seriously. After the electrical fire, I had no way of moving the vehicle. The officer on scene gave me permission to leave the vehicle parked until I could get ahold of my insurance company. It was not in the road way, it wasn’t blocking traffic, the restaurant owner was not concerned about it being left there, he told me himself that I could park it in his parking space behind the restaurant. unfortunately it could not be moved without a tow truck. the vehicle was left in a parking place and the officer stated that adjustments could be made due to the Circumstances. The next morning I spoke with insurance and the vehicle was supposed to be picked up. I informed the parking enforcement department that it would be moved. Also explaining that it was not possible for me to pay for a tow at that time. I understand the inconvenience of the situation and I apologized over and over. The woman I spoke with got nasty with me several times and hung up on me twice while I was trying to explaining to her my situation and how limited I was but I was doing everything I could. I called the insurance company over and over explaining the importance of the vehicle being moved. The last phone call I got from the parking enforcement woman was the nastiest. She was extremely aggressive and was using her job tittle as a weapon. She told me after this call I will ticket the vehicle every hour until it’s moved and then proceeded to hang up on me yet again. After about the second call I realized the woman’s aggression was progressing so I recorded the last two phone calls for the purpose of bringing her behavior to the attention of anyone above her. The way that I was treated was uncalled for and more importantly it was cruel. To be ridiculed, threatened and quite frankly bullied should not be accepted and I get the feeling it’s not her first time. I will go as far as I need to if this situation is not handled, because there is no humanity in kicking someone while they are down. I not only was given the ticket but treated with so much disrespect. Her position gives her the power to bully the citizens of this community and someone needed to bring attention to it. She said her name was Jessica and she worked on 10/16/21.

I live in batchelor heights neighborhood right next to the new road construction near the new library. The trucks have started working on the road before 6am. The noise is pretty loud and it’s been waking our kids and us up. It’s so loud that not even sound machines will cover the noise. I understand stating work early is convenient for the city but everyone in the neighborhood has been complaining on how early construction starts and it’s VERY loud! I am very disappointed in the lack of planning and consideration for the residents of the neighboring community.
