There is a car that has been parked, and has not moved for at least six weeks on the side of the road. Silver Subaru, Forrester, Indiana plate 946CRI. The car has two flat tires and a front bumper. About to fall off.

Cars have been like this for months. Flat tires and weeds growing up from under. Have complained multiple times about this property. It is a nuisance and an eyesore for surrounding property owners.

This car has been parked blocking my drive/garage at 1304 S Grant Street. I asked neighbors (knocked on four doors and two answered ) if they knew who it belonged to and they did not.
Outside of 507 S Muller parkway, APT 707 there is a wrecked vehicle that has been untouched/ moved for several weeks. We looked further into the vehicle information to find that the vehicle belongs to someone who no longer lives here and has been abandoned on the property.
This intersection has people going east and westbound on 45/46 running red lights daily
