Vehicle (Nissan XTerra plate 977BHC) has been parked for well over a month without being moved. It blocks the view of cross traffic when trying to turn onto S Hawksmoore Drive.

Honda Pilot with the license plate number VID691 with a flat tire has sat in the community parking lot for quite a bit now. Does not appear to be a regular neighborhood car.

The tenants of 501 E 7th St and 310 N Dunn St have had daily parties, morning and evening, for several weeks now that involve twenty+ people and loud music audible inside other apartments. Several noise complaints have been made with police each time it occurs, yet police have never actually showed up and the parties continue. They are in violation of Bloomington’s noise ordinance each time, but seemingly the police department refuses to enforce it.

This apartment complex does nothing about abandoned cars. There's several around the complex that have been sat for years, including directly in front of the management office. Several are leaking oil, fuel, and other contaminants into waterways.

Plato’s Court Knights Landing has told the residents that if they continue to smell marijuana from neighboring apartments, to report it to the police. The following address has a constant smell of marijuana coming from it. 2036 North Walnut Street, APT 27-C, Bloomington, In, 47404.

At 802 E. Hillside Dr, there is a abandoned white sedan. I believe it’s a 1990’s Honda Civic. It’s parked in the side yard as well. Visible from the road.
