Driving to my job Heitink Veneer at 4:30 AM, I had to drive around a Semi Truck parked in Center of Road (not on side of the road). This placed me in danger of a head on collision if traffic was came from the opposit direction. This semi driver was waiting for Walker & Rose to open at 7:00 AM. This has happened more then 5 times in the pst month.
Light blue Prius with windows rolled down is parked in the yellow zone on the corner of West Seventh and Maple and has been parked there for over 72 hours. It is also in a yellow zone. Thank you!
Thank-you to so those who spoke to Bloomington High School about the PA speaker in recent weeks. Between away games and what appears to be an effort to reduce the volume, I have seen a significant difference. However, I am not sure why, but tonight seems to be worse than ever. Inside our house, I can still hear every word of the loudspeaker. I know when there are touchdowns. I know who scored what. Please speak to the high school again.
Start enforcing against IU golf cart type vehicles. Please require at least a slow moving vehicle emblem or lamp as allowed by Indiana Code for municipalities. Plus they don't use turn signals, don't get over to allow passing, etc. Arrogant, dangerous, and obstructive.
Bicycle stolen from behind our carport at 1120 S. Nancy Street. The bicycle was locked to the antenna pole behind the carport. The steel cable locking the bike to the antenna pole was cut.

Robert Scanlon Jr. located at 1480 N Arlington Dr. Apt 702, Bloomington, IN 47404 is in possession of marijuana. He smokes it on a daily basis. He has two small children who stay with him sometimes. I'm concerned for their safety. Robert purchases the marijuana from two co-workers Casey Daemon and her wife Tienisha Daemon. All the scooters in the city I consider to be abandoned on a minute by minute basis blocking handicapped ramps; rail trails; store fronts etc
There's a box truck driving laps around downtown that has led screens on all sides displaying advertisements. Fine with ads and all, but come nightfall it's so blindingly bright that I can't see the road.

Predatory Towing in Bloomington. I have noticed an increase in the amount of tow trucks in and around the downtown area. In particular, Speedy Wrecker Service, has continually towed multiple vehicles in parking meters and then demanded payment be made in cash only. If the city wants people to be invited to spend time downtown they need to create a city ordinances that addresses the cost of towing $100 flat fee and also uses the 24 hour waiting period. What kind of community does Bloomington want to be?
