Meters, Today is government holiday so I thought the meters would be off. However I found it wasn't the case. Some meters read "free parking" and some read the regular about and running times. I wanted to check to see if your website mention that the meters were running the webpage cited the holidays and dates the meters were off but today wasn't mentioned. I paid $3.00 just to be safe because I rather pay now than have a $50 tickets. However I feel that the meter should be constant and that you web page give a clear answer. concerned about a Green Ford Ranger that has been parked on Rindle Ln unmoved for about two years the plates are expired and have been since April if I do remember correctly and the truck has a flat tire which it has had for as long as i can remember.

Someone in this general area is playing extremely loud music. This began last night at around 1:30a.m. I attempted to call the proper phone number ((812) 339-4477) to file a noise complaint, but the call never connected. I attempted to call three or four times before giving up. Today, it has started again, in the same general area, and again, I was unable to call to file a noise complaint. I have had issues with trying to file a noise complaint in the past - either I get placed on hold for an hour (or until I give up), or the call refuses to connect. I've spoken to others who have described similar issues, so I know this isn't just on my end. There needs to be an online method to file noise complaints since the phone system does not seem to be reliable. Either way, since I couldn't file a complaint over the phone, I am doing so here.

This car has been parked in the same spot since around April of this year, it has not moved since. I have not seen anyone enter the vehicle as well. It is parked in a spot directly outside my place which blocks where people can park also there are hornet nest inside and mold growing. please help!

Obstruction of sidewalk by protesters. It happens almost every day but especially bad on Thursdays. They intimidate people walking and post horrific images and also park a very large van every day. This needs to stop and reflects horribly on our city to have people out harassing pedestrians all the time.

Our next door neighbors that recently moved in within the last month have been aggressively loud. With them owning dogs that are constantly barking, as well as what sounds like people running and constantly banging in their apartment. These noises have been causing us issues as it is hard to study or focus or even just watch tv as they are constantly making noises. With the previous tenants we never heard them or had issues with them, which means it is them that is being too loud. We have noticed that there are an alarming number of people that seem to live there that contributes to the loudness, we have different landlords than them which means we can’t report them this way. We really just need them to be more quiet and to train the dog cause it shouldn’t be barking every minute. Sorry for the long message but this is really troubling to us and we need it fixed for peace of mind as it is making us go crazy.
