East Fourth Street on the east side of Jefferson is blocked by tree limbs. The limbs hang down across Fourth (which at that point is just a pedestrian path) and extend down almost to the surface of the path.

There is a walk way from Cascades Addition from near 651 Skyline Drive that goes into the Arlington Elementary School yard. I have tried but never have been able to find out who (school or city) is responsible for it. I think the school has cleared it out every year before school starts. Children from the neighborhood walk to school that way and people walk to Kroger or to the walking path and frisbee golf course at Arlington. Right now it is really overgrown and some people have come racing their bicycles and scooters out of it and almost hit us twice (they were young adults). There used to be posts on it so no one could do that or try to drive on it! Picture is From Skyline Dr. looking up (see cut off post). I think the posts need to be put back up and it definitely needs to be cleared on both sides of path from overgrowth.

There are no crosswalks on Rogers St. between 2nd and 3rd streets. This road segment is a large hill, making it difficult to cross safely on foot. I have had many close calls trying to walk or bike across this road segment, which is supposed to be a safe, residential area. Thanks.

Ever since 4th St re-opend (one lane, then all lanes) people/vehicles are constantly RUNNING the STOP SIGN northbound at 4th & Lincoln. I walk through this intersection at least twice each day. Many just blow through this intersection without even looking. It happened, again, this morning. I was half-day across Lincoln going east. The go-straight lane stopped, but the turn right lane did not even look my way and went ahead and turned right without stopping. The stop signs are clearly visible. What the heck?

Tent pitched ON YHE SIDEWALK in front of People’s Park this morning. LIs this allowed on a public sidewalk? Please ignore the biking/walking info. Below…accidentally touched that and cannot delete that part of the comment.

The lack of 4 way stops on 7th near Dunn is a severe hazard, resulting in several accidents. This is an extreme hazard for cyclists. Can someone from the city pedestrian and bicycle commission contact me about it. I would like to add it to the agenda at the next meeting in November.

The car lanes all along 7th street this morning were completely clear, while the bike lanes were filled with a thick blanket of soggy, slippery leaves. A bike is infinitely more likely than a car to slip on leaves, so why would you prioritize cars and an appearance of tidiness for drivers over the safety of bikers and those around them?

Would it be possible to have a crosswalk painted on South Rogers Street at the entrance to the parking lot of Switchyard Park? Thank you for your consideration.

Cars turning right onto the bypass from Dunn Street rarely if ever look to the right to see if a pedestrian is crossing. Please make this intersection "No Turn On Red" and also add a pedestrian delay so the intersection can be safely crossed.

After surveying several members of the Collins LLC, which is located on tenth street, a lot of us feel like a bike lane being constructed along most of tenth street would make the road much safer for pedestrians and cyclists while also improving connectivity between several crucial parts of the IU Campus: the Wells Library, the Luddy School of Informatics, the Kelley School of Business, and other key transportation points of the university that generate a lot of traffic. I feel that this route would benefit greatly from a bike lane that could help moderate the speeds of car traffic and provide more opportunities for a multimodal transportation system, making transportation more equitable and comfortable for those outside of a car.
