CVS has installed super bright new lights. We think they are breaking the city code that limits foot candles projected onto a neighbors property. We are immediately beside them and their lights are lighting up our yard and house. I have included an image from the middle of my back yard with only one of their new lights on. They are installing a dozen others along our property, 8 in goose necks, 2 others on the side of the building and 2 other pole lights! We are going to be lit up to the point where we won't be able to sleep at night. Can the city do something about this?

Violation of city code. This property is absolutely maxed out on % of impermeable surface, and yet they have another paving project. There are already flooding problems during heavy rains at this location, in the streets and surrounding properties. Please enforce this. The city and neighborhood cannot handle the amount of runoff from this property as it is. This needs to be enforced.

I am requesting a Neighborhood Compliance Officer confirm there are only 3 unrelated adults living at this address. Owners of this property are Tamas and Nora Czar, Landstuhl, Germany. This request is being made due to : 1. Observing 5 vehicles connected to this address (3 white sedans, a truck , and an SUV). 2. There being an overall unusual amount of cars parked in the northern half of this block, parking on both sides of the street since August 2024, with a daily average of 12 cars.

Received call to HAND Dept. Wished to remain anonymous. Reporting gravel from the alleyway extending into the back-yard, likely for parking and does not think this is allowed. Would like a compliance officer to observe and issue citation.

I was thinking of applying for the vacancy on the bicyclist and pedestrian commission. To learn more about the commission, I attempted to read the commission’s minutes. They are nearly incomprehensible, at least to an outsider, with little punctuation, run-on sentences and a total lack of context. The minutes are not a helpful tool for people to learn about what the commission does, which one would think is the point of a public record.

Truck bed dumpster in driveway... has been there for months.

Hello. I have a question / concern regarding dumpsters on private property. Our neighbor has a full size construction dumpster in their driveway , but never any construction happening. They have when they are approximately 60% of the time. While the one that is there currently has been there since approximately last summer, they have been putting household trash in it for the last couple of months. While the dumpster is an eyesore in a neighborhood, are concern is that the dumpster never gets emptied it just sits there. I'm not sure who to have this conversation with at the city. Thanks

My neighbor's backyard at 224 S. Maple has a junked car parked on an unimproved surface. There is also an accumulating amount of junk, as shown in the image.

Several concerns : as you exit 3rd st and make yr way up the 150’ turn onto s muller: 1) there are no sidewalks - after the initial work was done near 3rd st. This is a dangerous walk for the tenants in the housing complex down muller. Students etc have to walk in the road 2) there needs to be a speed bump added across from the fire hydrant and across form Steward Electric. Reports will show several accidents here. Once drivers clear the speed bump coming out from the housing area - it’s light them up time down to 3rd st. 3) severe potholes on the first 150 ft up the hill on muller Pkwg off third. There are exterior lights that are very bright and unshaded on the east side of this house that are lighting up neighboring properties. This has been documented by the city as light trespass and is a code violation, but seems like nothing is being done about this. They have been left on for days, day and night, and it is disruptive to nature and it is annoying. Is it ok because they have a million dollar house? Please enforce this.
