There are multiple potholes on Amp Way, near Target and Current at Latimer Square. The largest is past the entrance that Target shares with Chik-fil-a. Further down the road there are two, one pretty deep, right at the corner crosswalk. This concerns me due to the blind corner and crosswalk. Some drivers come around that corner in the middle of the road, and it makes it difficult to avoid hitting the pothole. This road is, at times very busy and congested, with bus, car, scooter, bicycle, and foot traffic. The curbside parking for the apartments has cars facing two different directions, which gets chaotic. The turn lane in front of Target is very tight if you're turning right, with poor visibility due to the hedges, and oncoming traffic often speeding. it wouldn't be a bad place for a few speed bumps, especially with the IU Students returning soon.

I have contacted the city of Bloomington and Indiana University concerning electric scooters and bikes predominately used by IU students. The scooters especially are extremely dangerous as and a hazard to all other forms of transportation including pedestrians. There is also one specific e bike which is privately owned and used by a driver in all black clothing usually while riding in the Bloomington Rail Trail at least going 30 mph or more. To get rider has no regard for others and risks harm to many elderly, children and families who use the trail. This person should not be allowed on the trail. I have been to several other communities who have restricted use of these hazardous vehicles through the use of geo-fencing, security and other methods. I am a student at Indiana University. The electronic scooters have been insanely helpful to navigating the campus when busses are full or running late. I appreciate the no-parking zones, as they help keep the sidewalks freer of the scooters and allow for accessibile use. My issue currently is that there are official IU Campus buildings registered as no-parking zones. In particular, the Arts Annex building on 12th and Woodlawn. I am asking for the city of Bloomington to work with IU officials on clearly labeling campus buildings where scooter parking zones should be present. Then, the city of Bloomington takes that info to the electronic scooter companies to update their apps and services.

I rented a Bird bicycle to ride home a few weeks ago. The bike has still not been removed from my property even though I reported it to Bird through the app using their removal form. I contacted them at least twice since then with no response and the bike is still on my property. How do I get rid of it?

The sidewalks between the B-Line Trail and Madison Street at the 3rd Street bridge are getting overgrown. Both sidewalks on the north and south sides of 3rd Street running west from the trail to Madison have low hanging trees and overgrown shrubs. There is also a lot of loose sand on the south sidewalk of 3rd Street overpass. As the only way onto the Trail at 3rd, this all makes for an adventure. On my Bicycle I have to be very careful. I'd like to see this trimmed. I bike commute on the trail from the south to the area of 3rd and Madison. My roommate bike commutes to Cowork. I see others use the sidewalks too. Could be much safer. Resident called in regarding a smithville fiber utility truck that parked on the lawn between the sidewalk and street. It left very large tire ruts. It is difficult to mow and should be repaired.

Sidewalk 75% to 110% blocked by overgrowth. 113 and 117 East 15th Street and the corner of East 15th and North Washington. I walk my dog every day and have to go into the street to pass.
