Over growth of weeds
Over growth of weeds
Excessive growth. Front yard weeds shoulder high. Open compost bin. I had a rat in my garage. Never even had a mouse in my house. I believe the rats are coming from their property.. Compost bin is close to the neighbors to the south of their property.
'New Park' advertising sign in the ROW in front of the Cynthia Circle apartments at 2511 E Second Street.
SUV parked on grass on narrow road with no shoulders. Vehicle looks abandoned.
Suggesting that a speed hump be put on E. Eastgate Lane, in between N. Hillsdale Dr. and the bypass. Cars fly through our street to and from the bypass, and there is a blind corner at Hillsdale and Eastgate.
Cars cut through Matlock Heights to avoid the light at Walnut/Bypass. We need traffic calming here to slow traffic down. Cars are driving at high speeds and not watching out for walkers and children biking. This has been a major issue during the construction which is happening now on Walnut and the Bypass, but is also year round.
Blue 'Power Washing' sign in the grass at 2600 S Walnut, but on the W Country Club side.
On December 30, 2023, a camping trailer arrived on the property and appears to be occupied, potentially in violation of city codes 20.03.030 (g) Accessory Uses and Structures. (1) Generally (C) Prohibitions. and 20.04.060 (n) Use of Parking Areas. (5) Storage, Occupancy, or Similar Uses. While the parking and occupancy of the trailer itself raise concerns, my main concern lies with the overall condition of the property. Over the past few months, there has been a noticeable accumulation of debris on the driveway, in bushes, and throughout the yard. This includes items such as tires, biking equipment, and various other objects scattered about, which detract from the character and property values of the neighborhood. I understand that personal property management is an individual choice, but the current state of the property at 2603 S Bryan St significantly impacts the surrounding environment and creates a less-than-desirable atmosphere for neighbors. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could investigate this matter and take appropriate action.
A boat, a trailer filled with appliances, lawn equipment, etc., has been parked across the yard all weekend. They've had this issue numerous times before with vehicles and made an improvement to the driveway size, but vehicles are still parked on the lawn.
Following up on case #189419. The truck is still there and has been for over a year. There has been no work on the property in over 2 weeks, power has been disconnected, and the backyard is filled with trees from the recent storm. Is it possible at all to have the eye-searingly yellow truck with the phallic graffiti removed?
