Illegal company sign at intersection
Illegal company sign at intersection
More and more cars keep getting parks at the property. In the grass. No license plates. Abandoned and irresponsible.
Recently a fence was put up. Isn't this in violation of the UDO Fences and Walls : 20.04.08 (n) (3) A ii. The fence seems higher than 4 feet.
Companies signs are at intersections all over town. It’s illegal, ugly and anyone else gets letters to remove them or pay fines. They are EVERYWHERE
'Preschool Register Now' sign in the grass of the roundabout
Giant sinkhole in the road by the building at 822 W. 1st St. It has gotten significantly bigger in the past few months. Easily over 5 feet deep and extends across more than half the road underneath. It is on an access road that an ambulance uses.
Owner of burned out house has erected a tent in the front yard encroaching on the road at a tight turn. It's a narrow street to begin with. House is a hazard, too. Trash and rodents piling up. There are small children living next door and lots of kids run around the neighborhood. I'm sure there are a million ways they can hurt themselves on this unsafe property.
Vehicles parked all behind the paint store in grass.
North of the Constitution a long Liberty Drive there is only a sidewalk on the east side of the street, and the BMV is where the last crosswalk is. Pedestrians are expected to only need to access the east side of the street where the car dealerships are, but have no sidewalk or crosswalks to get to services such as IU Health, the dentist, or Goodwill where many low-income people shop and work. To cross the street from Menards to go to Goodwill, cars are not expected to slow down or stop for crossing pedestrians without any markers and there is a bend in the road there. You could walk along the grass, but the terrain is uneven and would be dangerous if there was mud or snow, and anytime after dark, and it stays dark in the morning and gets dark early in the evening during winter. I truly believe that the west side of the street needs a sidewalk north of Constitution and the last bus stop, and there needs to be crosswalks on Liberty between Constitution and West 3rd Street north of the last bus stop. If there were a sidewalk on the west side of Liberty, bus riders could choose getting off the bus near Kroger and walk the length of the sidewalk or use crosswalks, or get off the bus where Liberty meets Constitution and walk. Thank you for looking into this.
White sign with black letters, offering lawncare services. Lots of these also on 446, I reported those to INDOT.
