There is a pedestrian activated crossing from the Switchyard park over to the B-Link Trail on South Walnut. Sidewalks on Maxwell end just before my house and I would like to request that they be extended. I have small children and we live right at Miller and Maxwell, which is an active intersection with a lot of folks turning from Miller towards my house. My kids enjoy riding their bikes, but we don't ride nearly as often because I worry about them going out into the street. I would like to request that sidewalks be extended down at least to cover my house.
