There is a restaurant named la Bodega right next to healing hands thrift store that has tree like landscaping on the walkways. They are basically blocking the sidewalks. One is on the ramp which makes it even more difficult for those with disabilities. I tried to remedy by discussing it with the restaurant but it seemed with they did not care or did not understand the problem with it.
I am interested in completing your survey on possible alternatives to the current traffic configuration on Walnut and College but I cannot get it to load properly. I’ve tried on a couple of computers without success, and some friends have similar stories. Please consider changing the survey, maybe with smaller files and more text descriptions, so it can load more easily. Your results are going to be skewed if you don’t and you will be making decisions without feedback from people who care. Thank you.
I reside at 1909 E. Windsor Dr. Recently many of the streets in our neighborhood were repaved and speed humps were installed. However, our street from the corner of Arden Dr to the three-way stop corner of Wilton Dr were repaved but not speed humps. I am advocating for 1-2 to be installed on Windsor Dr between these two intersections. Very few autos stop at the three-way and I believe the speed hump will slow them down as they come to the Windsor & Wilton intersection and make for a much safer intersection. An older resident in the neighborhood explained how Windsor Dr at one time was a straight east-west street and the Windsor & Wilton intersection was a straight T with only one direction having a stop sign. The city, many years ago, changed this intersection to add a three-way stop and curve Windsor out so to slow down traffic. Maybe it worked, but not so much from our vantage point. I have small grandchildren that are with me a lot and I'd like the area to be safer for pedestrians. Lots of dog walkers and people walking in general and there are NO sidewalks for the most part in our neighborhood. Thank you for your consideration of this matter. Failure of city to clear snow and ice from the bicycle lane.

on the 7-line, between walnut and washington, theres gravel in the bike lane that came from the median strip landscaping. two separate properties on this block pose this problem. the landscapers recently refreshed the gravel, and when they did, they dropped some directly in the bike lane, and they also overflowed the planters that are continuing to drain into the bike lane. the gravel is largely hidden by leaves at the moment, which only exacerbates the danger. i must emphasize that this is a transportation safety issue, and if planning cannot resolve it, then engineering or PW must solve it. thanks! - greg
601 Maxwell Lane is a house zoned as a rental property but may be in violation of occupancy restrictions. The house consistently has 5 plus cars in the side driveway, on occasion blocking the alley that runs behind S Fess Ave. Garbage is consistently in front of the house, on the lawn and surrounding areas, and parties from the house leave garbage along the alley and on nearby property. At present, there is broken glass in the driveway/alleyway where cars enter the alley from Maxwell Lane, which was presumably broken during a party last evening (with noise complaints filed by neighbors).
