People living in an RV for the last year with trash and equipment all over the backyard. Operating auto repair in their backyard. General nuisance. Police called several times for domestic abuse. Burning trash. Probably drug use.

The intersection of Pete Ellis Dr./Discovery Parkway and 10th Street is used by residents of numerous apartment complexes, bus riders, and community members accessing the post office and the greenway that goes along 10th St. The intersection is necessary for access to Indiana University from Woodbridge and Fountain Park Apartments, which hosts many graduate students. However, there is no crosswalk, pedestrian lights, or sidewalk platforms to allow for safe crossing along this very busy intersection. Additionally, the traffic lights are not able to be seen from the four corners of the intersection, forcing pedestrians to make an educated guess on when to cross. In short, the intersection is dangerous and near impossible to cross. Would it be at all possible in the future to include a) a crosswalk b) a pedestrian crosswalk light c) sidewalk cutout/curb ramps on the two corners in which there is not one currently? Along the north edge of property where the alley intersects Grant and under the junipers, there is an old, metal fence with a single stretch of barbed wire at the top. This is alongside a public alley, so the barbed wire should not be there, as per City Code 14.36.030 - "Barbed wire fences". It would suffice if the offending wire were removed.

This street is part of the 7 line and yet doesn’t have any traffic demarcation. Needs lane/yellow lines and white bike symbols. This was needed 4 years ago. They are completely gone now leading people to believe it is a one way street. This street (all of 7th, on campus) is part of the city’s green initiative and alternative transportation effort. thanks!

The sun is out of compliance with the city ordinances. I reported it a year ago and then an early summer. You told me they were appealing and I haven't heard anything back. It's an obnoxious monstrosity coming into the gateway of Bloomington and if you can't enforce the rules for a big sign, why are you enforcing them on little businesses? What's going on here!

E 10th street is one of the main corridors for access to the university elementary school, whose district covers all the way to the campus view apartment. However, the hill on 10th street and the lack of a sidewalk nor a safe protected bike path make it almost impossible for students and families to access the school without a car. When students walk on this road, it looks perilous. A sidewalk and a protected bike path (not a painted gutter) would ensure the children's accessibility to the school, which can save a lot of money over the years (reducing the school bus operation)and remove a lot of traffic on 10th street (family driving kids to school).
