The fake grass on the east side of the north tunnel at the Switchyard playground is ripped and loose. Kids step out of the tunnel and onto this damaged fabric that slides under foot and is very dangerous. A fall and injury hazard as of 2/28/2026.

Open up the other section of parking lot it’s gated off not allowing more parking and people can’t turn around. Literally 15 minutes to run out there and unlock a cable to allow people to have more parking the nicest day of the year so far and the parks department can’t even unlock a simple walk and have it ready to go for Saturday.
