Someone has smeared either dog poop, human poop or mud on the drinking fountain at the trailhead for the rail trail off of country club. Yuk!

On the Rail Trail, just south of Country Club, there is a parking lot. Just south of the roundabout there
The trail gravel is eroding in several areas between Country Club and Gordon Pike, exposing the former railroad bed below. It looks like leftover coal. When it gets quite wet after snow melt or heavy rain, it resembles a black mud that is difficult to walk on.
large tractor-trailer broke a branch off street tree--still attached but also on the ground. It is too high for me to saw the branch through. I have dragged it to the grassy strip but it need to be cut through and removed.
The water fountain on the far side of the big Cascades playground is leaking badly.
The water fountain by the bathrooms at lower Cascades is leaking from inside the water fountain. It's a pretty good flow.
Sycamore Shelter - As of Saturday, March 6 at around 5:30 p.m., there was human feces on the ground near the fireplace. Additionally, there was trash left on the shelter's tables and in the fireplace. Waterfall Shelter - At the same time as above, there was a gentleman sleeping in the fireplace of the shelter. He appeared to be using this as his primary shelter/home. As a result from the trash, feces, and individual, both shelters were rendered unusable for families.
Hello, I serve as the volunteer creek & trail monitor for the LC area. (via Sarah Owens & company) I went by the creek on Friday, 11-12-21, at approximately 3:15p.m., noticing a distinct change in the water. Noting the current construction near the Waterfall shelter, I am uncertain if this is related. This photo was taken near the south end of the creek, about 1/3 mile from IMI concrete company. Trying not to presume - is there a permit in place for discharging into the creek? Can water sampling and testing be performed. NOTE: I returned to the same area on Saturday afternoon, 11-13-21, and the water has cleared. No visual evidence of what had been observed on Friday. Thank you.
While conducting volunteer creek & trail monitoring on June 20, came across a downed light pole with wiring, alongside the trail. Believe it as been inactive for some time. Shattered glass present from light fixture. Location: Along trail, heading south from the playground, pass the entrances to the two trails that lead to the waterfall and is before the next metal bridge. If needed, I can aim to return later this week, take a photo and then submit. Thank you!
