At East Thornton Drive and Covey Lane, there are several big old trees whose branches overhang Covey Lane, and the big branches are rotten and some have already fallen, but the limbs that hang over Covey Lane are dangerous to pedestrians walking their dogs and cars using Covey Lane. Can you please look into this and have the limbs and/or tree cut so that no one will get hurt or property damaged by falling limbs. Every time a hard rain comes or storm with light wind come, large limbs fall onto Covey Lane. Thank you.

Good morning, last evening I went for a walk in Olcott Park and admired the several "prairie" gardens along the walk-ways with mowed paths among them. Today I'm writing to ask this email be forwarded to the landscaper who grew and maintains those gardens. I want to add a smaller version to my own yard and have some questions about who to proceed and wonder whether they might share their knowledge on the topic. Or perhaps they can point me to resources. Thank you.

The sidewalk at the north edge of the Goat Farm is covered with mud and water. I reported this on 3/30, #172124, and it was cleaned up. The problem appears to be a lack of drainage causing the standing water and residual mud.

Along the southern edge of South East park there is a brambly thorn bush that is over hanging the sidewalk. Could it please be trimmed back off the sidewalk so pedestrians are scratched by the thorns? I think the best way to describe the location would the edge of the park nearest the house at 1811 S Montclair.

My house shares a tree line with Southeast Park on Montclair Ave. During two storms this summer, trees on the park side have split and left large branches on the park side. These trees break due to the number of times they have been cut back by the utility companies (close to power lines that also border my property and the park) on my side of the tree line. Because of the location of the power lines and where the dead tree branches current lay, I do not know who's responsibility it is to clean up these dead limbs. I would like to request that the city take care of it, as we have had no control over the care of these trees and how they have been topped on only one side over and over again throughout the years. The tree plot has rock all over. Per parks code about maintaining this tree plot, isn’t this supposed to be grass? Can you please resolve this so further damage is not potentially caused to the tree roots? Hope to see more green in these little urban patches throughout the city
