Someone has smeared either dog poop, human poop or mud on the drinking fountain at the trailhead for the rail trail off of country club. Yuk!

There is a unhoused group of people camping in RCA park at this location. They have tents and a stash of bikes. Two dogs tied up that bark at people along the trail and a campfire going as of the time of this report.

On the Rail Trail, just south of Country Club, there is a parking lot. Just south of the bicycle roundabout there, there are drinking fountains. The drinking fountains have been smeared with poop and need a good deep clean.

ihitPolly Grimshaw Trail (east portion near tennis court) has numerous bumps that are hazards to bikes at speed (coming down the hill at night. Could they be leveled out is some manner, like we have done with hazardous concrete side walks. Here is a video of the section. https://photos.app.goo.gl/suXcMYAf74QbcxjL6
We came on the of 8/24 and they capsized a boat with 2 people in it and then we returned the next weekend and they loaded the boat improperly and we didn't even get to enjoy ourselves because we were to busy trying to keep the other boat from Going in circles because they put the larger person in the front and when I tried to let him know he rolled his eyes at me and walked away then still charged us the full amount
This summer the city installed speed cushions and bump-outs in Park Ridge East along Morningside Drive. Native trees and shrubs were planted as part of this greenway improvement project. We experienced what seems to have been vandalism last night—the dogwood tree that the city installed in the traffic bump-out in front of our house was snapped off. It doesn’t appear to be the type of damage a deer would have caused (photo attached) which would be the only other explanation. Will the city be replacing this tree?
The city website page on Jackson Creek is out of date and does not reflect the completed extension to Rhorer Rd. I could not find updated maps, and Google Maps also does not reflect the change despite the new trail being visible on aerials.
