Hilton Remodel getting tiresome. This morning one of my co-workers had to drive over carpeting to get to his parking spot. We constantly have to avoid workers and forktrucks and debris everywhere. This has gone on for months. Also now there are garbage dumpsters overflowing that we have to walk past to get into our building. This is ridiculous. We pay for parking in this garage and have been tolerant but this is getting very tiresome. I've had to pick up large staples from beside and behing my vehicle at night to keep from getting flat tires. It's time something is done and especially now that there are numerous nasty dumpsters to walk past!

Neither of the EV chargers have worked for at least three weeks. In addition, the two spots available are very tight. It's very hard to park and have enough space to enter and exit your car and find room to organize the charging cord.

The elevator has been out of service for three weeks as of last Saturday. It would be helpful if a notice could be placed at the entrance to the garage itself in addition to the elevator doors, so that someone who can't manage stairs will know the elevator isn't available. uReport Case #179576Thanks for looking into these issues. The carpet is gone, however the overflowing garbage dumpsters are still there and still overflowing. Why, after all these years that the Hilton has been there, have they now started to put their garbage dumpsters in the walking exit area? And they are always overflowing. They have never been there before until the last couple of weeks or so. They fall on the ground and come open and then we have to step around food stuff everywhere etc, it's nasty and gross. By the way, this complaint is actually for myself and others.

Firestine frequently permits customers to park on the sidewalk, blocking pedestrian access. The attached photo was taken on 9/26/24.

Rogers Street was closed between 3rd and 4th St. last Week, and I went through the Alley just West of Rogers Street, and there are 4 Cars parked with no License Plates, possibly abandoned, and a Trailer with crap on it parked there that look like they were there when the Garage was built. Someone needs to look into this.

Regarding the "Hilton" public parking garage. The elevator has been out of service for about 6 weeks. Hoping it will be fixed soon as I use this garage fairly often. Thank you.

These new flower beds are filled with rain water and if they freeze they may damage the plastic liner inside. They may need some holes drilled in them before the soil is added.
