This car has been parked in front of 715 West 13th Street for over a week. Several of its tires are flat. It has not moved. Neighbors do not know whose car it is. It appears to have been abandoned here. Can you please tow it? It is right in front of my house where I usually park.
There is a trailer parked on the city street one block off Winslow Rd on Westminster Way.

On 12/3/15, I parked at a meter on Kirkwood in front of the library. I used my debit card and wanted to pay for three hours of parking. The meter would only give me one hour; it did not give me the option to add more time the way most of the meters do. I had to insert my card three times in order to get the desired amount of time, but I see that I was charged the 30 cent convenience fee each time. Called to report that parking meter #E5TH200A (on Kirkwood, near the corner of Washington St.) is releasing coins back out but still registering parking minutes.
Parking meters on the east side of the street are installed backwards requiring the user to stand in the street to operate them.
Car on concrete blocks on the street in front of 717-719 North Washington Street. Can this be left here on the street?
