I am hoping that i can be credited for my lack of action manually deactivating my parking session. I love the app and convenience of using the app for parking. However, the new pricing model requiring a stop action tripped me up...and I think it is more difficult and not as user friendly. I currently have a parking space at the morton parking garage. I have left the city and need to cancel my parking through City of Bloomington Garages. I haven't been able to get anyone to return my calls. Can you please cancel this service for me at the end of July. Thank you.

I was looking at garage parking permits and it said 67 for non reserved paring for 24 hours 7 days a week. I was wondering if this is an annual pass or do I pay weekly? Also does this apply to the parking garage on morton between 6th and 7th thank you
