Parking Violations 814 South Eastside Drive. Every day the illegal number of tenants at 814 S. Eastside Drive block my father's (a senior citizen) ability to get out of his driveway because they are violating parking ordinances (Parking in the street -and extending out of driveways). This car has been abandoned with a flat tire for months on end on 15th St. close to Walnut.
Unless GIS is wrong, this is publicly-owned land that provides a valuable intersection between hillside & b-line. My hand-dug canyon is now well-used, trampled to the point where you can cross it on a bike without dismounting. You're welcome

Parking meter 7641 is not working properly. I put in three dimes and it advanced only 3cents each. I put in a nickel and it advanced 9 minutes. Of course I needed neither the eventual time nor the added expense.
Meter 7641--actually when I returned to car, it had gone back 6 minutes. So 30 cents=9 mon, 5cents= 6 min.
