There is an abandoned car at the intersection of W 4th St and Maple. It is a red 4-door Volkswagen with a rack on top and out of state plates. It has at least 1 flat tire and has been there for at least 3 weeks. Thank you!

Parking meters on the east side of the street are installed backwards requiring the user to stand in the street to operate them.

There is a car parked in an alleyway between South Jefferson and South Bryan Avenue, between 3rd street and 4th street, blocking the main entrance/exit of the homes in that block.

Vehicle that blocked alleyway/access road reported earlier between South Jefferson and South Bryan Avenue, and East 3rd Street and East 4th Street is no longer blocking the road. Didn't have a way to "update" my previous report.
