There is a white SUV that regularly parks in the street beside this house on the corner. The plate number is: ey199. It is an I.U. plate. I think this house has recently been placed as a rental. There is no sidewalk there and it is hard to see traffic on 8th Street from Hopewell when the SUV is parked there.

For the past 4 months the city alley behind my house has been blocked by cars illegally parked. The residents of the rooming houses at 1000 and 1002 E Atwater think that the alley is extra parking for them (they have ten places allotted to them by their landlord which already take up part of the public alley). We are awaiting work by the City Street Dept to remove a tree that has deformed our fence and by Duke to top off trees that are growing into the power lines. The illegally parked cars deny access to both of these entities, so I am asking that the City patrol the alley daily and that a "No parking, towed at owner's expense" sign be placed in the alley to enforce the no parking rule. Thank you.

Homeowner at 1127 W 7th St currently has three vehicles parked in the alley that runs parallel to 6th/7th Sts. The alley has been blocked for a week.
Why has the City issued a neighborhood parking permit to a vehicle that is larger than permitted by 15.32.070? The vehicle is parked in the 600 block of S. Eastside Drive. 15.32.070 - Certain vehicles—Two-hour limit. No person shall allow a truck, trailer, tractor, bus, housetrailer, semi-trailer, or other vehicle having a load capacity in excess of one ton, or a length in excess of nineteen feet, or a height in excess of six feet six inches, or a width in excess of seven feet to be parked upon the streets of the city in excess of two hours. This prohibition shall not apply to pick-up type campers. Any violation of this section is a Class C Violation and subject to the penalty listed in Section 15.64.010(c). (Ord. 82-1 § 1 (part), 1982).
I paid my son's 40.00 parking ticket #I1200280 on line May 9, 2012. Your website said that it did not go through. So I tried it again, and it said there was a problem with the credit card. I tried it one more time and it went through. Well... I received three receipts saying it was paid. So now I have paid 80.00 for a 40.00 ticket. Please check into this error and make the necessary changes as soon as possible. I hope that the 3rd receipt does not show up on my credit card. I have been contacted about 2 outstanding parking tickets. I have spoken with the collection agency to inform them that those tickets were paid and I gave them the confirmation number that the tickets were never delinquent. The person I spoke with didn't update their system with the confirmation numbers in order to follow up with you (on March 21, 2012) and they called me again today. I would like to email you the receipt that I received from your website when I paid. Narrow streets, posted no parking by City. S Mill Stone Ct, S Mill Stone Way. A few residents continually park their cars on the street, making driving difficult. Would like an occasional police car to come through and write tickets.
