I teach classes at the John Waldron Arts Center for Ivy Tech. Each class is approximately 3 hours long since it is a studio art class. My student said there is a 2 hour limit on the parking meters on Walnut street which means she needs to leave during class time to move her car to another meter. This has never been an issue before. Why is it now?

A Ford Country Squire Station wagon appears to have been abandoned on the street in front on my house in the 1200 block of South Washington Street. The car has not been moved since July 24th.
