Please ticket this car. It parks on Maxwell and Eastside everyday, choking traffic flow to one lane. Thank you!
Parking meters in this parking lot are not working, i.e., you cannot pay fees using parking meters. A lot of people leave their cars without paying because they see that the meters are defective. Then, it becomes, a classic scam: meters do not work - people have no way to pay - people leave their cars and get a ticket - appeal gets rejected and people have to pay fees. There is a difference between people not paying parking fees and people not being able to pay because the parking equipment was faulty, see the scam scheme above.
Parking meter at the southern end of these couple of parking spaces did not respond to coins. Fed about a dollar's worth of quarters and it did not add any time or turn green. Credit card worked.
Vehicles parked on the grass on side of a narrow dead-end street.
There are several junky cars parked on the grass in the backyard of 703 W 7th Street. I believe this is an environmental hazard to the soil. If possible, please have these cars removed. Thank you.

There is a white flatbed truck that has apparently been abandoned and its parked illegally blocking driveway for about a week or so. No access driveway.
Gray SUV is parked on the west side of Eastside Drive (900 south block)right up to the intersection of Eastside Drive and and Maxwell Lane, compromising turning safety.
