Residents of 517 W Howe St refuse to stop parking on the sidewalk

Someone regularly parks a relatively new Hyundai Elantra on the sidewalk here, blocking the sidewalk. There is plenty of driveway and on-street parking. No idea why they feel the need to do this, but it forces pedestrians to either cross the street or walk in the grass. I think they should stop parking on the sidewalk because the sidewalk is not for cars. Thanks!

Every evening at least one car is parked on the sidewalk right here. It would be cool if they would stop doing that.
