I don't know whether this is the right place to report this violation. I recently noticed on IU classifieds that some people are trying to buy/sell parking permits which is not allowed according to my knowledge. Noticed vehicle parked in front of my car which had the last metered spot around 10-11 am after I arrived for work and it was still there when I left after 4, it was also very close to mine which left very little room to get out as well.
