Car has been in this location from Monday 10-14, 7 pm until 10-15, 8 am (at the time of me submitting this online form). The car obstructs drivers approaching from the west on Maxwell Lane turning south on the 900 S. block of Eastside Drive.

People living in cars that are in front on Wheeler Mission. Can’t walk on sidewalk. People sleeping and camping there.

Around 8:10pm on Tues., 10/8/24 there were several cars parked in the left turn lane on Atwater, just west of Woodlawn. Most cars were running with lights in, perhaps waiting to pick someone up? I had heard this is happening frequently in that location, but had not encountered it until tonight.
