Abandoned vehicle in neighborhood parking. Vehicle appears to have a flat tire and has not moved for 6 months. Taking of neighborhood parking space. Leaves and brush are gathering around the tires. Car is parked on 3rd & Madison near High Speed. See image attached.

I've tried getting to the City of Bloomington phone app to work and report this, but can't get it to function correctly. This pick-up has been parked in the yellow at the intersection of 6th & Waldron for at least 2 months. It is partially blocking the road and makes negotiating the turn difficult and dangerous in inclimate weather especially. It now has a flat tire and very expired plates.

Double charged for parking, November 2017 Hello, I had attempted to contact dalyr@bloomington.in.gov, as I was advised by the City of Bloomington Parking Garage that I need to provide information to R.
