Mr. Deaton reported that a vehicle (with temporary plate dated June 2016) has been abandoned at this location for a year and a half. He also wondered what's done with the vehicle if it's impounded?

I've tried getting to the City of Bloomington phone app to work and report this, but can't get it to function correctly. This pick-up has been parked in the yellow at the intersection of 6th & Waldron for at least 2 months. It is partially blocking the road and makes negotiating the turn difficult and dangerous in inclimate weather especially. It now has a flat tire and very expired plates.
Double charged for parking, November 2017 Hello, I had attempted to contact dalyr@bloomington.in.gov, as I was advised by the City of Bloomington Parking Garage that I need to provide information to R. Daly, in order to be refunded the double charge. However, my email bounced back as undeliverable. Can you help? Please let me know if you need any other information. Thank you!
