This unlicensed vehicle has been parked at the intersection of south College and Orchard Lane. Unknown owner. Is dangerous due to blocking view as you come around corner.

Everyday from 3:35-4:00 people park in front the buildings along 2nd St near the elementary schools and they partially block the street. There is no parking in this area. In addition, it makes it very difficult to see to pull out of buildings along this street. Please send an officer to assist with informing these individual that they cannot park in these areas.
