Not a huge deal but my neighbors park in the yard off the alley in the grass making it hard to use the alley which gets used a lot...they have designated parking behind their house but don’t use it...
The alley next to the 1104 N Grant house (sits at the corner of 15th and Grant) is half blocked by broken down cars. We have a driveway to our home that is only accessible by this alley. Our standard size cars have issues coming in and out of this alley. Please help. THANK YOU!
Vehicle parked on sidewalk again. Two folks along 7th do this on a regular basis.
14th and Lindbergh has a Ford Taurus and Mercedes parked causing issues for the construction crew. Both cars seemed to be non driveable and haven’t moved in months. This is causing an issue with us having to use another street and we have to make a turn into the sight that’s not doable with the large trucks.
I have spoken to three different people this morning working for the parking department, all of whom have been unhelpful and rude. Each time I have an interaction with anyone from the parking department, it is unpleasant and unprofessional. This behavior is unacceptable for any person to behave in this way, especially someone who is employed by my government. In the first incident, I politely asked the woman why I was recieving a ticket and that I did not understand. She was rude and unhelpful. After this, I called the number printed on my ticket and spoke to the parking manager, also asking her why I had received my ticket; as well as voicing my concern about the way that I was previously treated. Instead of offering to make the situation right, she lectured me on how "more people should care about accessibility issues" and that since I was blocking the sidewalk entrance, she "hopes I never end up in a wheelchair and need to access the sidewalk". After politely bringing the first woman to her attention, I was immediately met with MORE uncalled for disrespect. I then followed up and called the second woman's boss. Thankfully, I understand now why I got the ticket, but I do not trust that the situation has been handled. However, each person in this department clearly needs to take a course in customer service.
Parking in the sidewalk is always a problem for someone in a wheelchair!!!!
This vehicle has been parked in the same spot near the intersection of Twin Oaks Ridge and Adams Hill Circle for months and months without being moved. The plates have been expired since February and are from Marion County. It seems like it has been abandoned.
I was issued a parking ticket after selling a vehicle. It is a black kawasaki. I sold it August 17th and was issued a parking ticket for that vehicle with a date in September. I did NOT give my license plate in the transfer of the vehicle. I called and a lady told me she would remove the ticket from my file because it was a mistake but I now have a collection wanting the money. Please get back with me. My name is Leif Strong. Michelle called to report an abandoned vehicle on Oak Street between 6th and 7th Street. The corner address is 1100 W. 6th St. It has been there for 2 months and its plates expired in July.
I was unable to get the parkmobile app to work while parked at meter 76104. Mardon salon gave me $1.00 in quarters but the meter only registered 0.50. I'm not sure if I'll make it out before the meter expires but didn't want to feed more quarters into a meter that doesn't seem to be working properly. My license plate is 197tsp.
