Are the angled parking spaces off of Brown Avenue owned by the city? Every day there is a black truck with an extended cab that sticks out into the street. It obstructs the view of vehicles turning left onto Brown Avenue and creates a road hazard by exceeding the parking lot space.

An abandoned car has been parked in a no-parking zone across the street from me for one week. It is disrupting traffic flow especially of school busses and other large vehicles that transverse 7th st. I have reported the car several times to the parking department. location is across from 707 W. 7th St on the north side of the street.
Overnight, a white Nissan Murano has continued park wishing the street lane at 716 E 11th Street. This blocks any car from driving between and from getting to residence. They have been warned multiple times. License plate is 711NCH. Please have towed or fined
There has been a Ford Explorer parked on the street in front of her house for years. She is wondering if the owner of the vehicle can be contacted to have it moved or if it is an abandoned vehicle that can be removed. her address is 708 W. Dixie St.
This car was reported by me in 2016, 2017, and around 2 weeks ago in 2019. In all of this time the car has not moved on it's own power. After I reported the last time and a policeman came and talked with the owner, it has been pushed about 12 feet closer to Fairview. It is not in front of our sidewalk anymore, yet since Hoosier Heights opened parking places are at a premium. Not sure what was said the last time but the license still shows 2016.
I have been calling about this car since 2016. It has been turned around but is still parked in front of my house. The plates say 16. I was told by a policeman in 2017 that it would be moved in three days.... when I called 2 weeks later I was told they had new plates.... doesn't look like it. We could use the parking please. There has been a car parking on my street without a parking permit. This issue has been happening for months without the car being ticketed.
This car has been parked and not moved in several days in a restricted neighborhood parking location. It does not have a parking permit that I could see. It also blocks an elderly neighbor’s access to Uber and taxi pick up, she does not drive.
