The residents of 801 N Lincoln St have been parking at the end of the ally, next to their garage. They are blocking entrance and exiting from the alley. They have 4 vehicles parked at this address, with one always hanging over blocking the exit/entrance. Currently a black Buick sedan is blocking the alleyway. Please address this issues asap

The gates to the parking garage have been frequently left up last month and for part of this month. I know they are left up on Sundays, but there have been times where they’re up during the week day. I hate to complain, but I don’t think it is fair to those who pay $100 a month in parking when others can park in here for free.

Parking spot lines on Madison St / 7th St need to be repainted. I've submitted 4-5 Ureports on this since 2018 and been told it would be taken care of each time. This isn't even my car in the picture, but I'm not sure how you can keep ticketing people here. The spots are not marked at all. Parking Enforcement has become very aggressive on this block despite no efforts to improve anything in 6+ years.
