Construction crew working on 901 west 1st Street parks on west wylie street just south of west 1st street everyday from approximately 9am to 5pm, mon-fri, blocking south bound traffic and causing traffic flow issues. There is a paved lot behind the property they are working on that provides plenty of off street parking.

I have been calling about this car since 2016. It has been turned around but is still parked in front of my house. The plates say 16. I was told by a policeman in 2017 that it would be moved in three days.... when I called 2 weeks later I was told they had new plates.... doesn't look like it. We could use the parking please.
