Behind the Bloomington Antique Mall on the B-Line Trail an old homeless lady loudly screams for hours. She sits on a bench on the trail and screams almost every single day, various times of the day. She will scream at pedestrians on the trail.

Homeless sleeping on the sidewalk again next to All-Star driving school. Police chase them off yesterday, why is it allowed that they still keep coming back? They have also trashed the bus shelter on Henderson Street next to Brandon Court Apartments.

Homeless living behind unoccupied home with trash and fires. One person named Bob related to the property owner is allowed to camp there but in his absence others have taken up living behind home. There are homeless encampments steadily increasing in number behind my house and those of my neighbors. There are now several in view of my windows. The amount of trash is staggering, including countless hypodermic needles. Trash is regularly set on fire by the residents of the encampments, producing noxious smoke that smells terrible and is surely not safe to breathe. The city needs to do something about these encampments. Open air drug use within feet of neighborhoods with young children should not be tolerated. I've been a resident of Bloomington for a decade and I'm strongly considering moving out of town due to the city's inability to address this issue. Please do something.
People who are unhoused are leaving their belongings / lots of trash in the alley of our office building. Customers/clients/pedestrians use this alley often.
