Abundance of stray cats. They are feed outside. All day and night. Upwards of 12 at a time. This is beyond out of control. Is there not a limit on the number of "pets" someone can have in the street before its a nuisance?
Hello, I do not live in the town of Bloomington Indiana but I have become aware of a man who I think lives in this town named William j. clark now I will not get into specifics because it is absolutely discusting but he has become an infamous "Furry content creator" on the internet for many reasons but one of the reasons that is distressing is that he is raping his animals I'm sure you guys know about this but I am just very concerned with the state of his animals. I would like to report one of my roommates for animal neglect. She has two cats (one of whom seems to have lung issues as she sporadically excessively coughs), and she keeps both of them in a small bedroom 24/7. She also consistently (almost daily) smokes in the room with the door closed, leaving a fragrant stench in the surrounding hallway and area. The cats often meow at the door and put their paws under. She is not hitting them or not feeding them (though I have had to feed them in the past due to her being gone for days and then having none — she also uses only one small food bowl for both cats). I live at 520 W Hoosier Court Ave. The roommate's name is Aydryan Vanderbur (spelling of last name may be slightly off). I am unsure if you guys can do anything about this or if there is a better way to go about it, but it is heartbreaking to live with. We do not get along due to this issue, so I do not let them out when she isn't home due to not wanting to exacerbate our living situation. She also is consistently gone from the home, and she does not keep her blinds for the 1 window in the room open. I feel very sad and concerned for the cats and am really hoping to get them cared for in some way. She will be moving out of 520 by July 31, 2025.
There is a dead deer on the west side of Walnut St Pike just south Allendale.
There is a very flat rabbit in the street at the corner of Henderson and Southern. Looks fresh too.
There are multiple cats in the neighborhood. 2 orange cats, one quite large with a collar, one without a collar that regularly sprays and urinates on property. The one that sprays seems aggressive. One of the cats is defecating in flower beds. As of this week, there is also a black cat closer to intersection of Round Hill Lane and Spicewood Lane. The siamese cat belongs to neighbors and is known, but the other 3 cats are new. The orange ones are a disturbance, coming near homes and making a mess, trying to get in garages, and are a danger.
I found a dead cat in front of my house at 319 A Fairview this morning's ng. It looks like it was attacked by some other animal. There is Tufts of fur in the grass all around the body.
There is a dead bird lying in the middle of the sidewalk. It is located at the north corner of the Morton Street/9th Street intersection. Concerned that it could be eaten by somebody's dog.
A resident named Sam Maurer who lives in Poolside Apartments has a dog who he does not properly take care of. I am not sure of the dog breed but it is a medium/large sized dog. Whenever I have been over to his apartment, the dog (named Mister) pees on the floor because his owner does not take him for walks. When Sam sees that mister has to pee, he puts him in the shower instead of taking him out for walks. It breaks my heart to see a man who can’t even take care of himself own a dog. As mutual friend of Sam’s, I was only around Mister a handful of times, the rest of the information I know about how is treated is from his best friend.
There are multiple stray cats, 2 orange cats the last few weeks. One is larger and appears pregnant, the other is aggressive and has been spraying properties on Roundhill Lane and Roundhill Court. Neighbors have experienced cat urine and feces in flower beds. Please catch and remove.
