Courtesy pickup approved by Shelby. Recycling was not picked up at this residence by truck due to the truck not being able to back down the cul de sac due to vehicles blocking it. This has happened several times in the past. I spoke with resident and advised that I had contacted his rental company again so that they could speak with tenants again about proper parking of vehicles. Resident understands that we will not be able to do another courtesy pickup.

One of the recycling bins that the resident had set out was not collected. Bob Chambers went out and picked up the missed recycle.
